Hello Goals soccer families!
We have a few bits of information to share as we head into the game season:
1. From now until the end of the season, all practices will be on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30pm. No more Mondays! There has been some confusion because back in June we accidentally had incorrect information on the website. Our apologies!
It will be getting dark earlier and our coaches can decide to end practice when they feel that it's too dark to practice as the season continues.
2. Games start this Saturday, the 19th, at 9am. Please have your kiddos wear their jerseys, cleats and shin guards and bring water.
The high schoolers will be on a rotating schedule of double headers. We will have this schedule released soon.
3. If you cannot attend a practice or game, please let your coach know ahead of time.
4. Pictures will continue this Thursday at practice. Please wear your jersey and be ready.
5. There will be a Team Parent meeting this Thursday at 6:00 at the registration table in front of the playground.
6. There will be a Referee training directly following practice. This will be led by Coach Weedon.
7. There will be a Line Judge training on Thursday at 5:30. This schedule will be released soon as we finalize the game schedule.
8. There will be a leadership opening starting next season. If this is something you are interested in, please see or email Jennifer Williams or Janice Nelson to discuss.
