2025 Soccer Registration
All practices and games happen at Clark Park in Molalla. The season starts September 4th and continues through November 1st. Look at the schedules page for more season info.
May 30th - Registration opens
August 22nd - Final date for registration
Please note: we do not take late registrations. The final roster is necessary to determine team sizes, assign kids to teams, determine coaching assignments, and set the game schedule. Some exceptions can be made but there is an automatic $20 late fee applied to late registrations after August 22nd.
Please register early - we anticipate large numbers of registrations. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but we will close registration if it gets too full.
Again this year, we will only be accepting registrations through our online registration site. We will not accept payment by Check or Cash.
Important registration information:
- Cost: The fee is $65 per player. Additionally, jerseys are available for purchase for $22. If you have a jersey from previous years, you are welcome to use it again.
- Fees: Our registration fees cover insurance, hiring referees, discounted coach rate, field paint, etc. Remember, the fee can drastically decrease if you volunteer as a head coach! All players in the family of a head coach receive a 50% discount off the registration fee, to be reimbursed the 2nd week of the season. (does not include jersey cost)
- Refunds: No refunds after the 1st week of the start of soccer (Except for head coaches)
- Jerseys: If you need a new jersey, it needs to be purchased for a fee of $22 per jersey. You will not be permitted to play in any games without your official soccer jersey. If you have one from last season that fits and is in good condition, then you don't need to purchase another.
- Used jerseys: We have a limited number of used jerseys that we will sell for $5, on a first come first serve basis. Please indication on your registration if you are interested in a used jersey. (You would pay the full $22 during registration and you will be refunded $17 if you receive a used jersey at the first practice)
- Volunteers: This is a family-run, volunteer driven sport. It takes many hands to make this league run, and we expect every family to volunteer. Families that are unable to provide a volunteer will need to pay a $35 Opt Out fee per player, which will be used to hire people to fill needed volunteer positions. Please see the volunteer tab here for more information about volunteer positions. **Please note: we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned your preferred volunteer position. We will do our best to contact you if we need to make a change.** Volunteer positions include: Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Referee, Line Judge, Field painting.
This league is for home school children ages 4-18. All of our games are co-ed. The age brackets will change slightly due to numbers of registered players, but to give you an idea, these are the age divisions we had last season:
4-5 year old
6-8 year old
9-11 year old
12-13 year old
14-18 year old
